In simple terms my expertise is Leadership Development, Strategic Facilitation and Executive Coaching. I am grateful to have worked with so many great clients, from new leaders right up to CEO's. My main focus is now with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams where I am challenging them to move beyond High Performance Cultures to a new type of leadership for the social age.
